Dear Friends and Colleagues,

I am delighted to announce that the next ECO2024, 31st European Congress on Obesity, will be held in the beautiful city of Venice, Italy, between the 12th and 15th of May 2024 .

As always, we are working hard to put together an innovative and interactive program, which covers many facets of Obesity. The program is designed to be engaging, and to promote interaction and discussion around the hottest topics in our field. Innovative digital solutions will be put in place in order to facilitate fruition of the scientific contents and networking.

We have invited scientific leaders from around the world to bring together their collective expertise, and we also encourage you to submit your own work for presentation during the meeting.

For those of you who have experienced an ECO before, you know that you will have an exceptional few days with us, and will enjoy the collegiality associated with ECO events. For those of you who have not attended one of our meetings before, please consider joining us in Italy for what promises to be a most enjoyable and highly educational experience!

I think that the city of Venice does not deserve much words of presentation. Venice is well known in the world for its history, magnificent beauty and romantic atmosphere. However, being born in Venice, I am sure that my city will surprise you with its hidden secrets. I am sure that ECO2024 will be for you a good occasion for discovering the secrets of Obesity science and the secrets of Venice.

Registration fees include VAT.

1. Applicants must indicate the EASO National Association of which they are a member so that their membership can be verified.
2. Applicants must be full-time students at the time of the congress and will need to send a proof of student status letter from their university department. Please post, fax or email it to the Congress Secretariat. Post doctorate students are not eligible for this rate.

Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or standard), otherwise the subsequent rate will automatically apply.
